Twinkles Day Nursery is available to children primarily within the catchment area of the school for children aged between 3 months – 5 years. It is our objective to provide a flexible, accessible childcare service, which will comply with the Children Act 1989 and Ofsted's conditions of registration. In order to accomplish this we will: -
Ensure the provision is known in the community using, leaflets, posters, newsletters etc.
Vacancies will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
If demand exceeds places available, a waiting list will be compiled.
Twinkles will offer a flexible service that takes into consideration individual family needs.
A minimum of 2 full days is required for all baby places. All other rooms have a two session minimum.
Responsibility for registration for admissions lies with the Nursery Manager.
Twinkles staff will discuss with Parents /Carers any special needs of their child and any implications this may have upon the provision. We will aim to work towards equal access and treatment for all children.
Parents and children are encouraged to visit Twinkles prior to taking up a place.
